We’ve had a wonderful summer and have loved seeing everyone that attended our summer events programme.
September brings so many new beginnings – new classes, new schools, new colleges and new opportunities. These can be both exciting and anxious times and SPACE are here, as always, to support and celebrate alongside you.
We have some fabulous new activities coming up as well as our regular popular events. September sees the return of our popular trampolining events at Jump City as well as animal encounters, paddle boarding and art sessions amongst other activities.
We are also launching 2 new activities this month.
Weekly online fitness and wellbeing classes start in September. These are specially designed for SEN children and siblings and parents.carers are of course encouraged to join in! Each week focuses on a different discipline so over the course of 6 weeks you will have the opportunity to participate in lots of different styles.
SPACE to Connect also launches in September. This is a five week programme of workshops designed in conjunction with Speech and Language Therapist Samantha Amos specifically for children aged 11-14 years who have social communication difficulties. There will be a maximum of 8 children in the programme.

Alongside our events and activities for families we are running workshops on Anger and Conflict, Social Media and Mental Health and Understanding Autism. Two of our weekly courses also launch in September – our 4 week ADHD Skills Building Course and our 5 week Sleep Tight Course. And of course, we have our regular Check In and Chats!

We are very much looking forward to our exciting Autumn programme and welcoming both familiar and new faces.
SPACE activities are always very popular. To receive details of upcoming activities as soon as they are available to book, please join our community on Facebook and follow us on Eventbrite .
