DLA and PIP Application Support

Applying for Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) can feel complicated, particularly when you’re unsure what information to include or how best to explain your child’s or young person’s needs.

Our experienced advisor can guide you through the process, helping you understand what’s required, identify supporting evidence and complete your application.

What does the service include?

The service begins with a 30-minute telephone conversation to understand your circumstances and discuss your application.

Your advisor will then work with you through further sessions to complete the application form and identify any additional evidence that may be helpful.

Cost: £150. This covers the initial 30-minute conversation and all subsequent application and form-filling support. If, during the initial call, the advisor feels that our service isn’t right for you at this time, you will receive a £125 refund.

Similar support may be available free of charge through Citizens Advice or Hertfordshire County Council’s Money Advice Unit (01438 843456), subject to availability. You can also contact the DLA helpline directly.
