SPACE Hertfordshire are partnering with RecFest UK 2025!

We are beyond excited to share that SPACE Hertfordshire is the official charity partner for RecFest UK 2025 – the world’s largest Talent Acquisition festival, taking place right here in our home county of Hertfordshire.

This partnership marks a truly powerful moment. RecFest is leading the way when it comes to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in recruitment – and together, we’re championing the message that neurodiversity must be central to the future of work.

At SPACE, we support over 10,000 families of neurodivergent children and young people across Hertfordshire. Through hands-on support, inclusive events, and specialist training, we’re helping families thrive today – and preparing the next generation for a future where their strengths are recognised, celebrated, and included.

By partnering with RecFest, we’re not only raising awareness, we’re starting a vital conversation: Inclusion doesn’t start in the workplace – it starts in childhood.

“Neurodiversity has become a defining topic for the future of talent. Our partnership with SPACE Hertfordshire reflects our belief that inclusion must start early – by supporting neurodivergent children today, we’re investing in the thriving, diverse workforce of tomorrow. We’re proud to be amplifying this mission through RecFest UK 2025.”
– Jamie Leonard, CEO, The Recruitment Events Co.

We’ll be at RecFest UK 2025 speaking, exhibiting, and sharing the impact of our work – and we’d love you to join us!
