Community Fundraising and Partnerships Manager

Join SPACE Hertfordshire as our Community Fundraising & Partnerships Manager and help shape the future of fundraising at one of Hertfordshire’s leading SEND charities. You’ll build relationships with businesses, schools, community groups and supporters, develop exciting fundraising opportunities and lead events and campaigns that help create a sustainable future for thousands of neurodivergent children, young people and their families.

Hours: 30 hours per week, 1 years fixed term with intention to extend

📍 Location: Hybrid, with home working, regular attendance at our Hertfordshire base and occasional travel across Hertfordshire. Please note that our Hertfordshire base is expected to relocate within the county during the coming year.

💰 Salary: £34,000 FTE (30 hours a week £27,200 actual salary)

Higher Needs Family Support Worker

Some families need more than information. They need someone to walk alongside them.

At SPACE Hertfordshire, we’re looking for an experienced Higher Needs Family Support Worker to provide intensive, person-centred support to families of neurodivergent children and young people who are facing more complex challenges.

This is an opportunity to build trusted relationships, empower parents and carers, work alongside professionals and make a lasting difference to families at a time when they need it most.

Hours: 32 hours per week

📍 Location: Hybrid, with home working, regular attendance at our Hertfordshire base and travel across Hertfordshire. Please note that our Hertfordshire base is expected to relocate within the county during the coming year.

💰 Salary: £34,000 FTE (32 hours a week £29,013 actual salary)
